Basically a version of the HTC 10 with a couple of tweaks on the processing end, the HTC 10 Lifestyle replaces its base model's quad-core Snapdragon CPU with an eight-core Snapdragon 652 chip, causing it to have twice the number of processing cores , but a significantly-lower clock rate of 1.8GHz (the original version's CPU runs at 2.2GHz) . Additionally, it downgrades the premium 4GB RAM to only 3GB .
Those cons aside, the Lifestyle version still likely holds its own versus many other 2016 flagships, offering pros like a 5.2-inch Quad HD Super LCD 5 Gorilla Glass display , a 24-bit high-res-certified Dolby-enhance audio system , and a 12-megapixel HTC UltraPixel 2 camera with laser-illumination focusing and a 4K video mode
Its other specs include a 32GB memory expandable by a mammoth 2TB , a 3000mAh Quick Charge 3.0 battery , and a fingerprint scanner (a staple high-end feature at the time of its release). LTE Cat 6 connectivity of up to 300Mbps spruces up its high-ranking mix of pros and cons as well.
Given its marginally-reduced processing power and slightly-lower price point, the HTC's 10 Lifestyle may be a good choice if you are looking for a close relative of the brand's 2016 flagship Android.
