ZTE Avid Trio Review of Pros And Cons

It's pretty hard to be avid about ZTE's Avid Trio, considering that a 5-inch 854 x 480 display and a puny 2-megapixel selfie camera are among its cons. Its 1GB-only RAM (1.4GHz quad-core CPU) and 5-megapixel rear-facing main camera do not sound too impressive as well, though they are unsurprising specs for a phone in this Android class.

That said, the ZTE Avid Trio offers an agreeable bundle of pros, including a relatively-robust 2800mAh battery scoring up to 468 hours of standby time and 960 minutes of talk time , both of which are significantly-higher versus the corresponding average values when it came out. It also offers a scratch-resistant Dragontrail Glass finish over its low-end display alongside full-blown 4G LTE connectivity .

With 8GB of memory joining the aforementioned pros and cons, the Avid Plus makes for a fitting Android for the power-cautious entry-level buyer.
