Cricket Recalls Its EZ Cell Phones

Cricket recalls some of its "Cricket EZ" cell phones because some users reported not being able to hear the operator when calling 911 -- which is not exactly convenient. However, not all the Cricket EZ cell phones are recalled. If your particular handset is recalled, looking behind the battery should reveal a model number that ends with a “B”. If not, or if you bought your handset after March, 2008, it is not recalled.
