This simple smartphone may not have cutting-edge technology, but it has a budget-friendly price-tag. At about a �50 price (more or less USD $80), Alcatel managed to squeeze in most of the basic features we normally expect from a smartphone, like 3G technology, a 3.2-megapixel camera, and Wi-Fi.
