, which are nothing of note, considering that higher-resolution cams have been weaving their way into the budget Android tier as of late. Its quad-core 1.1GHz processor is also slightly off-key, as 1.2GHz seems to be the go-to clock rate for most of its rivals. The Elevate's 8GB/1GB memory/RAM combination does not heighten its shelf spot, either, telling us that Alcatel did not intend for it to be more than a low-profile pitch.
