Going with the 2015 budget-tier flow, the Asus Zenfone Go sounds like a good match for those who are only just getting to know Android (v5.1 Lollipop OS preloaded).
Its key features include a 5-inch HD IPS display, an 8-megapixel camera, and a 2GB RAM -- twice the usual capacity offered by models within this price group. It comes with a quad-core 1.3GHz CPU and an 8GB/16GB native memory as well, with an up-to-64GB support for microSD storage .
Sadly, it opts for an uninteresting 2-megapixel selfie cam , which might cause some shoppers to stop and think before actually making the purchase. It also feels weird not seeing LTE on a 2015 model from Asus. Moreover, we don't see the brand's Ergonomic Arc design this time , probably prompting them to include a dual-purpose View Flip Case in the Zenfone Go's starter-class package.
