AT&T Cingular Flip Review & Pros And Cons

- Analysis by KJ David

TeleEpoch's Cingular Flip, initially carried by AT&T, is a simple flip phone whose rather forgivable cons include a tiny 2.8-inch 240 x 320 display and a dated Bluetooth version (2.1) .

That being said, it features several practical pros, which include three quick access buttons that can be programmed for one-touch dialing as well as a large (relative to other basic phones) 1400mAh battery capacity . Specs like an up-to-32GB microSD card slot and a 2-megapixel camera join the mix as well. Lastly, it sports 1.7-inch 176 x 144 external screen that displays the time and notifications while the flip lid is closed.

All things considered, the Cingular Flip may not be the single best flip phone on the market, but its array of pros and cons make it sound like more than a passable purchase.
