BLU Advance 5.0 Review of Pros And Cons

BLU advances its Advance Android roster with this 5-inch model, which is marred by cons like a 768MB RAM and a 480 x 854 (FWVGA) screen resolution -- the latter as least accompanied by BLU's Infinite View display technology . Moreover, its 21Mbps maximum data rate on HSPA+ networks is off-putting, as lots of other HSPA+ (3.5G) phones score up to 42Mbps in that aspect. The same can be said of its battery power (1800mAh) as well, failing to match the roughly-2000mAh average as of its release.

Its pros, on the other hand, include a 2-megapixel front-facing camera with an LED flash and an up-to-64GB microSD support that could come in handy, taking into account its mere 4GB native storage . A 5-megapixel primary camera and a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU top off its specs.

Conclusion: Despite its offering of pros and cons not being that advanced for a 2015 budget-tier smartphone, the BLU Advance 5.0 does have a few minor tricks to put forward.
