BLU Dash G Pros & Cons Review

- Analysis by KJ David

BLU's 2016 Dash G, with an outmoded 5-inch FWVGA (854 x 480) screen , is unsurprisingly riddled with low-caliber cons, including a 512MB-only RAM accompanying its 1.3GHz quad-core processor and a dated 2-megapixel front-facing camera . Moreover, it does not go beyond an underwhelming 2000mAh battery capacity and reaches a scanty 21Mbps peak data rate on HSPA+ networks at best.

Adding to our dismay is the Dash G's 4GB-only internal memory , but it does come paired up with a pro, in the form of a 64GB microSD allowance , since many of its entry-level rivals only support 32GB memory cards in comparison. It also dons a leather back finish and an electrolyzed metal front frame , which look to spice up its mundane technical specs from the physical aspect.

As far as pros and cons are concerned, the BLU Dash G is a starter-class smartphone for Android newbies looking for some niceties on the design front.
