BLU Dash L2 Pros & Cons Review

Picture of the BLU Dash L2, by BLU

- Analysis by KJ David

Not exactly more-dashing than the mundane Dash L, the 2016 BLU Dash L2 shares most of its predecessor's cons, including the 0.3-megapixel frontal camera and the 4GB-only internal memory . It also did not alter the display, still sporting a dainty 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480) screen . Adding to our disappointment are a 3.2-megapixel rear-facing camera and a meager 1400mAh battery capacity -- even 2000mAh was already considered low when it came out.

Its specs aren't all about deal-breakers however, considering that it upgrades the previous model's dual-core chip to a 1.3GHz quad-core CPU , although it still comes with a sub-standard 512MB RAM . Moreover, this model wears an electrolyzed metal finish and soft-touch cover paint on its battery lid.

In the end, however, the Dash L2's mix of pros and cons dash towards the low-end Android group, closely following its 2015 ancestor.
