Mainly pitched to senior users, the 2015 Doro 6030 is a clamshell package whose cons include a 100-entry-only phone book (many similar phones support up to 1000 contacts) and a lone 0.3-megapixel camera . Its pros, on the other hand, include hearing aid compatibility (M4/T4) and a dedicated assistance button -- both being somewhat expected out of senior-oriented handsets as of 2015. The 6030 also comes with a microSD card slot , which not many basic flip phones care to offer.

For a 2015 release, though, we hoped to see more than an 800mAh battery capacity on the 6030, as many of the its rivals safely pass the 1000mAh threshold. Nevertheless, Doro's 6030 will likely fit the bill for its elderly and practical target audience.
