While it did not get any upgrade display-wise (still sporting a 5.5-inch Full HD 400ppi screen), the metal-endowed Elephone P8000 comes with a significant pro over the P7000 in the form of its 4165mAh battery , which promises a 21-hour talk time and provides 2-4 days of usage time in one charge. Note that the battery is non-removable for this model, though. The iPhone-6-inspired 360-degree fingerprint ID is still among its features, sitting on a similar spot right under its 13-megapixel Samsung 3L2 camera . A 16GB memory and a 3GB RAM are on board as well. The P8000 also relies on a 64-bit octa-core processor , though it got us scratching our heads with its lower 1.3GHz clock speed (the P7000 ran at 1.7GHz) -- it still scores high on Android Benchmark (109115) , though.

In summary, the P8000 is not much of an update over its predecessor, but more battery power means more interested buyers more often than not.
