Headlining its pros with a 13-megapixel OIS-equipped camera and an HTC UltraPixel BSI selfie cam (with the Eye Experience preloaded), the two-SIM 5.5-inch FHD Desire 828 adds to HTC's high-end lineup. Powering this device is an eight-core 1.5GHz 64-bit processor , which could have done better than 2GB of RAM -- a con considering that many eight-core models boast 3GB RAMs. Its 2800mAh battery power also barely falls short of the 3000mAh or so capacities offered by several similarly-specked Androids. That being said, it comes with 2TB's worth of microSD support (16GB memory) and the signature Dolby plus BoomSound technology with two front-firing speakers .

All-in-all, the Desire 828 missed on a couple of high-end marks, but it resembles many high-end HTC phones nonetheless.
