HTC packed the Droid DNA with impressive features: A 5-inch 1080p HD screen, a quad-core processor, and dual HD video recorders. This Android smartphone seems geared-up for mobile entertainment. The only thing that we found that might hold it back is its memory. It includes a 16GB internal storage (memory available to end-user might be less) without an external memory card slot.
On-paper Review rating:
It features a SAR rating of only 0.496 w/kg, on a scale of 0 to 1.60 w/kg.

The screen is larger than usual, making it a phablet: 5 inches and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels means about 10.68 square inches and an image quality of at least 440.37 dots per inch (DPI)!

It includes lots of internal memory (16000MB (end-user memory might be less)), but it may sometimes be more interesting to buy a phone with an included memory card instead, since the memory card can then be reused in a future cell phone.
It includes a high-megapixel camera (8-megapixel) with the following options: Auto-focus, Face Detection, Smile Detection, Zoom, Continuous shot, Scene selection, Group portrait, Panorama, HDR.
It has these special features: Data Tethering, NFC, Visual Voice Mail
The selfie camera resolution seems just about average.
The HDMI port will be useful to watch HD (1920 x 1080 resolution) videos recorded with the HTC Droid DNA on an HDTV (HDMI cable might be sold separately).
According to our research, it doesn't feature any memory expansion slot.
It's disappointing that we could not find its weight information.
