Those flaws aside, the Huawei nova plus boasts a 3D fingerprint detector 
, a dual-antenna setup for signal optimization , and a Snapdragon 625 split-eight-core processor running at 2GHz + 2GHz (3GB LPDDR3 RAM) . It upgrades the plain nova's 12-megapixel rear camera resolution to 16 megapixels , while still offering Optical Image Stabilization and phase-detection autofocus, with a similar 8-megapixel sub-camera in charge of selfies.
Despite being slightly-higher than the nova's 3020mAh, we feel that the plus version's 3340mAh power cap could have been bumped up to somewhere around 4000mAh , considering its wider display. On the flip side, though, it dons a swanky metal unibody with dual diamond-cut bezels and a brushed hairline finish .
As a rundown, the nova plus's array of pros and cons make it an alternative for those who are attracted to the nova's features, but prefer a bigger screen.
