The Huawei P8's lite variant does not only come with a smaller screen (5 inches), it also offers a less-capable set of pros and cons.
It scratches the P8's Full HD screen for an HD (720p) resolution, with no sign of the LTPS CABC technology offered by the P8max 
. It also settles for a 5-megapixel selfie cam instead of the 8-megapixel sensor sported by the original model. Additionally, the P8lite dials down the clock speed from 2GHz to 1.2GHz , but at least, it retains the eight-core hardware 
. Lastly, this spinoff's 2GB RAM is a full GB short of the P8's. However, Huawei does try to make up for this by rigging it with an HDR noise reduction system .
