Huawei works with camera manufacturer Leica to produce its 2016 flagship P9 model, which boasts a dual 12-megapixel f/2.2 camera setup -- one RGB, one monochrome. This primary selling point is accompanied by features like Hybrid Focus and an inbuilt dual-core image signal processor .
While this 5.2-inch 2.5D-glass model could have done better than a Full HD screen resolution and a 3000mAh battery (a few other 2016 flagships boast roughly-4000mAh power caps), its specs include a Huawei Kirin 955 64-bit split-octa-core processor and a premium-class 4GB RAM . A fingerprint reader is on board as well.
The Huawei P9's bundle of pros and cons also includes a 64GB native memory , an 8-megapixel f/2.4 selfie camera , and the Wi-Fi+ 2.0 software that automatically connects the phone to the strongest available network.
Sadly, only its single-SIM version is NFC-enabled , but with the EMUI 4.1 and a USB Type-C port finishing it off, the P9 is undoubtedly bound for flagship-class shelves.
