Released as an expansion model of Lenovo's budget-class A-series, the 5-inch HD A6600 suffers from low-end cons like a 2-megapixel fixed-focus selfie camera and a 1-microphone-only system that feels very strange, knowing that a lot of other 2016 models have 2-mic setups in comparison. Additionally, it does not promise much when it comes to hardware, loading its specs on the shoulders of a 1GHz quad-core 64-bit processor and no more than 1GB of RAM .
On the flip side, making up its list of pros are a 16GB inbuilt memory , which we don't see very often in this department, and the VoLTE technology for call audio enhancements . Its 8-megapixel AF LED-flash rear camera and matte finish sound appreciable as well, though it could have done better than a 2300mAh battery scoring only 348 minutes of talk time .
Topping off the Lenovo A6600's pros and cons are preloaded apps like McAfee Security and Skype , hinting to its friendliness towards entry-level shoppers.
