LG 441G Review & Pros And Cons

- Analysis by KJ David

LG expands their basic flip phone family with the 441G, a clamshell equipped with dual displays , consisting of a 2.2-inch (220 x 176) LCD main screen and a 0.98-inch monochrome caller ID external interface. It also comes with a text-to-speech function , which reads out selected strings of texts for those who have slightly-impaired eyesight.

That said, its array of pros and cons come with some lapses, including its apparent lack of a microSD card slot for multimedia file storage. The 441G is also considerably thick for a device this low-tech, with a body 0.73 inches deep . Still, it seems to satisfy what its target clientele look for in a flip phone, though a few fresh features would have been largely welcome.
