LG G3 Beat Review of The Pros And Cons

Picture of the LG G3 Beat, by LG

Though inferior to its premium-end big brother, the G3 Beat might actually end up at the top of the mid-tier food chain. Its 8-megapixel camera complete with laser auto-focus and gesture shooting (among others) easily knock out many of the competition. The quad-core processor and 5-inch screen (pretty wide for a mid-range model) could also serve its target market well. It also has a higher-than-average endurance in the 2540mAh battery. The 1GB RAM was quite a letdown, however, considering its pretty process-hungry feature set. Perhaps LG could have also pushed for a full 1080p HD display and even ramp up pixel density, but, as it emulates the G3's looks and performance, we find that there is little room to protest.
