The follow-up to the LG Optimus L9 boasts upgrades on its screen resolution and real estate (from a 4.5-inch 960 x 540 TFT display to a 4.7-inch 1280 x 720 IPS one), camera (from 5 megapixels to 8 megapixels), and dual-core processor (from 1GHz to 1.4GHz). Its storage memory is also a roomier 8GB - its predecessor only had 4GB - and it has a 1.3-megapixel secondary camera instead of a VGA one. The battery capacity is still 2150mAh, though, even with the bigger screen - which makes us wonder if it will last as long. It is also rather curious that it went with the Bluetooth 3.0 again, instead of the more updated 4.0 version.
