Though its cons, which include a 1GB-only RAM and an 720p-HD-only 5.5-inch display (many other 5.5-inchers rock Full HD screens) are quite gloomy, pros like an 8-megapixel virtual-flash-equipped front camera , a 1.4GHz octa-core processor , and a removable 3000mAh battery still make the LG Ray a relatively bright 2015 Android phone in our book. LG's signature UX and Knock Code also come back for this model.
In addition, it sports a 13-megapixel primary camera at the back, though we are not quite sure if users will agree with its HD (720p) maximum video recording capacity , as 1080p Full HD seems to be the standard for phones with similar cameras.
Notwithstanding these cons, the LG Ray might end up as a decent purchase for mid-range smartphone users looking to catch some high-end rays.
