Meizu's U20 is the 5.5-inch big brother of the 5-inch U10 that upgrades its HD-720p screen to a Full-HD-1080p interface, though a Quad HD (1440p) screen would obviously have been more engaging , still with the 2.5-contoured glass finish . Additionally, it replaces the smaller phone's 1.5GHz eight-core chip with a higher-tier Helio P10 engine clocked at 1.8GHz , while bringing back the 3GB LPDDR3 RAM .

Even though its lack of a 4K video-recording mode comes off as a con to many high-end shoppers, the U20 offers a promising-enough 13-megapixel 5-element-lens dual-LED-flash rear camera and an anodized metal shell . Its array of pros and cons also includes an mTouch 2.1 fingerprint reader and a 3260mAh power cap , which is significantly-higher than the U10's 2760mAh.

At the end of the day, the Meizu U20 is an upmarket Android for buyers whose priorities lie on the processing and multitasking front.
