Micromax Canvas Play 4G Review & Pros And Cons

- Analysis by KJ David

Where the Canvas Mega (another November 2015 Micromax release) rocked an eight-core CPU with 1GB of RAM, the Canvas Play 4G banks on a basic 1.2GHz quad-core CPU , but has twice the RAM capacity (2GB) . The remainder of the Play 4G's pros and cons are not that different, however, as it similarly relies on a 2820mAh battery , a 13-megapixel camera (5-megapixel sub-cam), and a 5.5-inch HD-only Gorilla Glass 3 screen. That said, this model might finish ahead with its 4G LTE capability (up to 150Mbps data rates). Wrapping up its mid-end profile is a 16GB memory expandable by up to 32GB.

To rehash, the Canvas Play 4G is no high-end contender, but it seems to give us enough specs to play with off a mid-range price tag.
