Nokia 208 Review of The Pros And Cons

Picture of the Nokia 208, by Nokia

Nokia gushes about the 208's network and sharing capabilities - like its 3.5G support, its use of the Slam Bluetooth-sharing feature, and its preloaded social networking apps like Twitter, Facebook, WhatsApp, and Nimbuzz. Nokia also believes that its use of a micro-SIM, which is typically found on smartphones, makes it a good companion phone. However, the 208's brush with the big leagues ends there, for its other features are comparatively minor. It sports a 2.4-inch 320 x 240 screen, a 1.8-megapixel camera (which seems rather prehistoric, even for a feature phone), a 64MB RAM, a 256MB mass memory, and a 1020mAh battery. Judging by these specs, it is presumably for those who are not ready for the majors yet or as a sidekick phone for phablet users who occasionally want a more portable alternative.
