Nokia Asha 500 Pros And Cons Review

Picture of the Nokia Asha 500, by Nokia

We are hard-pressed to find anything that stands out about the Nokia Asha 500. It features the Fastlane homescreen (displays social networking apps, contacts, etc. in one screen) - like a number of Asha phones. It comes with brightly-colored cases - like a number of Asha phones. It has a 2-megapixel camera that has no flash - like a number of feature phones. It sports a 2.8-inch LCD screen with 320 x 240-pixel resolution and 142ppi pixel density - like ... yes, a number of phones before it. But to be fair, its 1200mAh battery offers above average numbers: 840 minutes or 14 hours of talk time and 840 hours or 35 days of standby time. And as mentioned previously, it is a feature phone, so it is probably not designed to wow anyone anyway.

** This phone is also known as: Nokia RM-934 (dual-SIM version)
