A Snapdragon 400 1.2Ghz quad-core processor, a 5-megapixel camera, a 4.5-inch IPS LCD main display, a 512MB RAM, and a 1830 mAh battery -- we feel like these specs can not completely give you the best Windows smartphone experience as pormised by Nokia, but it can probably give you a decent experience with its 4G capability and various pre-installed applications (Nokia MixRadio, HERE Maps, HERE Drive, etc). All in all, the Nokia Lumia 635 does seem to have several features built for those looking for a mid-level Windows phone.
