At the very least, there are only two things decent about this low-spec Android: the 1.2GHz quad-core processor, and the 64GB microSD memory expansion. Otherwise, it falls inferior to many other Samsung releases - spec-wise. Does a 768MB RAM still even exist? Its VGA front-cam also adds to our disappointment. Obviously, it is bound to come at a cheap price point, so perhaps it was made as a cheap entry into the Android world. Ironically, despite its core name, the Galaxy Core II is nowhere near Samsung's central phone line.
