Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime Review of The Pros And Cons

Picture of the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, by Samsung

- Analysis by KJ David

Its Grand name might be a bit too ambitious, as the Galaxy Grand Prime runs on pretty typical mid-range hardware: 1.2GHz processor, 1GB RAM, 2600mAh battery. However, one of its pros is its selfie features: It does come with a 5-megapixel 85-degree-angle selfie cam, relatively higher than the ones on many comparable models. Its 8-megapixel camera is also quite a pro, while its internal memory (8GB) and storage expansion support (up to 64GB) also appear to double up most figures on mid-level.

That being said, its FullHD display seems to be a compensation for an important con: its lack of LTE. Pros and cons conclusion: the Galaxy Grand Prime's hardware and connectivity are quite uninspiring, but its display and imaging might be worth a second look.
