Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo LTE Pros And Cons Review

Picture of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo LTE, by Samsung

A quad-core 1.3 GHz Cortex A7 and a dual-core 1.7 GHz Cortex A15 -- that is a grand total of six cores, and they are running on this downgraded successor to the Galaxy Note 3 (that also comes in dual-SIM and 3G flavors). The 5.5-inch Android phablet has a leather-like back cover with top-stitching, and like other Note phones, it sports the S Pen stylus, which tries to make performing routine tasks like note-taking easier. It is also Galaxy-Gear-compatible, so making and receiving calls (among others) can be done on the smartwatch, if you have it.

However, it appears to be a mid-range device, with such specs as a 1280 x 720 Super AMOLED screen, an 8-megapixel camera (with a 2-megapixel partner), and a 2GB RAM. Its 3100mAh battery is pretty much what we expected for its size, although its 16GB memory (expandable to 64GB) is half what some of its fellow phablets have.

** This phone is also known as: Samsung Galaxy Note III Neo, Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Neo Duos (Dual SIM), Samsung SM-N7505, Samsung SM-N750 or SM-N7502 (Dual SIM)
