Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Review of The Pros And Cons

Picture of the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge, by Samsung

- Analysis by KJ David

Alongside the Galaxy Note 4 in the IFA 2014, Samsung's Galaxy Note Edge packs a very similar feature set behind a pretty unique screen design. Being able to see and access your apps, notifications and phone functions from the side while the cover is closed through the curved screen edge got our enthusiasm quite high. The Edge also allows you to personalize this side panel to your liking. The S Pen also brought some nifty software, including the Photo Note and Smart Select functions. This 5.6-inch phablet packs roughly the same hardware as the Note 4, running on the four cores of its 2.7GHz Snapdragon 805 processor and its Ultra Power-Saving mode-equipped 3000mAh battery. A QuadHD display is always welcome, too.
