With some tweaks over the original S5, the Samsung Galaxy S5 Plus appears to be a slight upgrade to Samsung's 5.1-inch flagship. Some changes include the replacement of its Snapdragon 801 processor with the Snapdragon 805 version, the same engine that powers the Galaxy Note 4 (another Samsung flagship) as well as Motorola's Nexus 6. We also like the Adreno 420 graphics that helps its engine along. Another appreciable update is its up-to-300Mbps data rate on LTE Advanced networks. The S5's 16-megapixel camera, 2800mAh battery and 16GB internal memory were retained -- but place it alongside many other premium Androids nonetheless. All things said, we might expect the Galaxy S5 Plus to invite more premium smartphone buyers for Samsung.
