Two important things make the Galaxy S Duos 2 different (some may say better) than its predecessor: the added 200MHz to the S Duos dual-core 1GHz processor and the upgrade from Android 4.0 to Android 4.2. However, most of the original's specs are retained by Samsung - like the modest 4-inch 800 x 480 TFT screen with 233 pixels per inch, the equally modest 5-megapixel camera, and the rather small 4GB memory and 717MB RAM. The Always On feature is still in the mix too, so missing calls on one SIM because you are taking a call on the other one may not be as big a concern. All in all, we are probably looking at an entry-level device - with a couple of mid-level specs thrown in it.
