Samsung adds another Star to its Galaxy - but one that does not seem to be shining particularly more brightly than its predecessor did. Its single-core processor runs at the same 1GHz speed and it still sports a rather mediocre 2-megapixel camera, a 512MB RAM, and a 4GB memory. Even the Motion UI (which offers shortcuts like: shake the phone to update and turn it over to mute) and Dual SIM Always On (receive calls on one SIM card even if the other one is engaged) features are retained - as well as the absence of 3G support. But it does make some improvements on its screen real estate (from a 3-inch 320 x 240 display to a 4-inch 800 x 480 one) and its battery capacity (from 14 hours to 15 hours or 900 minutes). Unfortunately, they are probably still not enough to help this smartphone series earn its dazzling name.
