Sony Xperia C3 Dual Pros And Cons Review

Picture of the Sony Xperia C3 Dual, by Sony

- Analysis by KJ David

Sony may pitch this model as the world's best smartphone for selfes, but the LED-equipped wide-angle selfie cam (5-megapixel) would clearly have been better off with FullHD 1080p recording -- it is limited to 720p. The C3 Dual's other features also tell us that Sony ran a mid-range formula: 1.2GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM and 8-megapixel camera. A 720p display resolution coming from a 2014 Xperia is also quite underwhelming. That said, the C3's dual-SIM brother still packs a decent punch with its Adreno 305 graphics and ClearAudio+ sound technology. The STAMINA battery mode is also a nice touch for a two-sim smartphone. At the end of the day, the C3 Dual might sit a few notches from its other high-end series-mates.
