While we do not see any rugged certifications 
for the Sony Xperia C4, its selection of pros and cons definitely puts it in the high-end department.
Marketed as a selfie smartphone, it boasts a 5-megapixel Exmor R front-facing camera rigged with its own Soft LED flash 
. Its 13-megapixel main sensor is also a nice plus. Another thing we like is the 1.7GHz 64-bit octa-core processor that powers the C4, which is a significant improvement over the C3's quad-core 1.2GHz engine. Its 5.5-inch Sony BRAVIA Engine 2 display also boasts a Full HD resolution , ferrying Sony's Xperia C series to the high-end category.
