Sony Xperia Z3v Pros And Cons Review

Picture of the Sony Xperia Z3v, by Sony

- Analysis by KJ David

Despite being a Verizon-exclusive variant, the Xperia Z3v appears to be roughly the same premium-end flagship from Sony. The PS4 Remote Play and PlayStation certification remain to be a couple of its key selling points, giving it a slight edge over some competition in terms of multimedia. Having the same premium-level 20.7-megapixel camera will also likely translate to a competitive advantage, though more megapixels on its selfie cam (which stands at 2.2 megapixels) would have been nice, too. The 2.5GHz quad-core processor and Adreno 330 GPU also back up its process-hungry features decently. The Z3v is an obvious premium-end smartphone, but being locked to a single carrier may be more of a setback than it is a blessing.
