One of the dullest ZTE Blade models you will find, the A112, aka the 4GX Smart under Telstra, suffers from heavily-outmoded cons like a 4-inch WVGA (800 x 480) display 
and a 10.8mm body thickness that makes it sound cumbersome for a 2016-released Android phone.

Also among the 4GX Smart's blunted specs is a 1600mAh-only battery that miserably fails to reach the roughly-2300mAh power cap as of its release. Making things worse is its sub-standard self-attributed battery scores, including a 290-hour-only standby time and a 450-minute maximum calling time . In comparison, the averages as of this write-up were 330 hours and 720 minutes correspondingly.
Those setbacks aside, this starter-class Android features a couple of selling points, such as full-blown 4G LTE connectivity of up to 150Mbps (50Mbps for uploads) 
. It also comes with 8GB of memory expandable by up to 32GB , which is a pro, since some of its low-end rivals offer 4GB-only storage caps. Sadly, its selfie camera, specifically, a 2-megapixel front-facing sub-cam , does not cut it for us, especially given the number of competing budget Androids touting 5-megapixel selfie shooters. Its 5-megapixel LED-flash primary camera is no head-turner either.
Wrapping up the Telstra 4GX Smart's technical pros and cons are a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735M processor and, unsurprisingly, no more than 1GB of RAM . Lastly, it greets its users with the Android 6.0 Marshmallow ecosystem.
After unsheathing this Telstra-branded Blade model's not-at-all-sharp array pros and cons, it's easy to see that it calls out to novice Android users in search of a low-end smartphone with 4G web browsing in tow.
