Methodology
To be part of the best American camera phones, a camera mobile phone must have a resolution of at least more than two (2) megapixels, a camera flash and/or at least three (3) special options, such as panorama shooting or burst mode, for instance.

Once the list has been narrowed down, we pick only the top rated American camera phones, in other words, the American camera mobile phones that were awarded the best average review score from various reviewers.
