Our list of the the best Internet American cell phones includes cell phones with a large display, a built-in Internet HTML browser and some sort of high speed connectivity.

Methodology
First, we narrow down our list to cell phones that meet our criteria, including having a screen that is at least 239-pixel wide and either WiFi or a 3G data connection. Then, we keep only the top rated American Internet cell phones, those having obtained the best average review score.
