Easily one of vivo's most-ambitious 2016-released smartphones, the vivo Xplay 6 is home to a 5.46-inch 2K-1440p dual-curved-edge screen , 6GB's worth of LPDDR4 RAM , and a quad-core Snapdragon 820 2.15GHz + 1.6GHz processor . Joining those premium pros are a 12-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual-rear-camera setup enabled for 4K-2160p video-recording and an impressive (by 2016 standards) 16-megapixel f/2.0 selfie camera , although it lacks a front-facing LED flash .

Storage-wise, the Xplay 6 pros and cons pretty much confines you to its 128GB UFS2.0 storage , since it does not have a memory card slot , while a large 4080mAh battery in on power duties. It forgoes a reversible USB Type-C connector , though, which is a con, knowing that several of its flagship-class rivals use the Type-C protocol as a means to enhance charging rates.

The rest of its specs include a home-key-embedded fingerprint detector and a metal fuselage finished in either gold or rose gold. A Hi-Fi audio system with high-level OPA1622 amplification is on board as well.

With a bundle of pros and cons that pit it versus lots of premium 2016 contenders, the Xplay 6 calls out to tech junkies looking for a well-rounded top-notch Android phone.
