Wiko Pulp Review & Pros And Cons

Picture of the Wiko Pulp, by Wiko

- Analysis by KJ David

Compared to full-blown high-end Androids, this 5-inch 3G-only (it promises a mere 21Mbps maximum data rate) model will likely be beaten to a pulp, but most of its specifications sound just about right for the mid-tier market. That said, we cannot help but wish that it had a Full HD (1080p) display, instead of HD (720p) , as the former would make more sense for its hardware.

Speaking of hardware, the Wiko Pulp is home to an eight-core 1.4GHz Cortex-A7 processor accompanied by a 2GB RAM as well as a 2500mAh battery that scores an appreciable 1269.6-minute 2G talk time -- its 240-hour standby time is below the average (as of its release), though. It also features a 13-megapixel rear camera, but many users may be more interested in its 5-megapixel frontal camera rigged with a dedicated selfie flash . Topping off its mix of pros and cons are favorably-low head (0.332) and body (0.455) SAR ratings .

All said, however, you might be better off just getting the Pulp's 4G variant.
