ZTE Axon Elite Pros & Cons Review

Picture of the ZTE Axon Elite, by ZTE

- Analysis by KJ David

Whereas the Axon Pro boasted a Quad HD (1440 x 2560) screen and a 4GB RAM, the Gold-coated Axon Elite falls out of elite territory, scaling down its 5.5-inch screen to a Full HD (1080 x 1920) resolution and its RAM to 3GB . That being said, its upscale array of pros and cons is similarly crowned by a dual-rear camera setup (13- and 2-megapixel cams) , which is largely for depth-of-field analysis. It also comes with fingerprint identification and a Snapdragon 810 2GHz octa-core CPU similar to the original Axon's. Doing the heavy lifting is a 3000mAh Quick Charge 2.0 battery , while an 8-megapixel selfie cam sits right above the screen.

Though we can't figure out why ZTE hacked off some technology on this version, the Axon Elite's dual-rear-cam concept might still turn some heads.
