ZTE Blade L5 Plus Review & Pros And Cons

Picture of the ZTE Blade L5 Plus, by ZTE

- Analysis by KJ David

An entry-level bundle of pros and cons geared towards entry-level shoppers, the ZTE Blade L5 Plus runs on a basic 1.3GHz quad-core MT6580 processor alongside a 1GB-only RAM . It apparently does not work with 4G LTE -- quite a deal-breaking con for any 2016 model -- and settles for a sub-par 2-megapixel front-facing camera .

At the very least, it offers an 8-megapixel main camera with HDR and gesture-controlled shooting . The grid pattern on its back side as well as its arched design also make it a tad more interesting than most other low-end 2016 releases.

Tying together the L5 Plus's specs are a 5-inch HD display and an 8GB memory, both of which are representative of its unambitious feature set.
