ZTE Blade X9 Review & Pros And Cons

Picture of the ZTE Blade X9, by ZTE

- Analysis by KJ David

Hardware- and display-wise, the X9 is the sharpest Blade model of ZTE's three-phone November 2015 release. However, it is important to note that it sports a 5-megapixel selfie cam (instead of the X5's 8-megapixel one) and comes with a lower battery power (3000mAh) than the X3 (4000mAh), which is the least-specked of the bunch.

Going over to the positive side of its pros and cons, the X9 features the high-end (as of its release) fingerprint security technology alongside an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz + 1GHz . In addition, it comes with twice the memory (16GB) and RAM (2GB) offered by the other two models. Its 5.5-inch Full HD IPS interface also sounds more favorable than the others' 5-inch HD screens.

So, despite its cons, the X9 ends up a notch higher than its middle-class siblings.
