ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini Elite Review of Pros And Cons

The Nubia Z9's mini version follows the footsteps of its big brothers by welcoming its own Elite edition.

This model's cons, however, still include a 2900mAh battery power (we have seen higher power caps on several other octa-core phones) and 16GB memory , as other Elite Nubias carry 32GB or 64GB of storage -- it does come with a 128GB microSD card slot, though.

As for the ZTE Nubia Z9 Mini Elite's pros, we caught an eye pattern recognition system alongside the Frame Interactive Technology (FiT) that allows you to operate the phone by sliding its edge. Accompanying these relatively fresh specs are a Snapdragon 615 64-bit (28nm) eight-core processor and a 3GB DDR4 RAM . Moreover, it boasts a 16-megapixel 6P-lens (with sapphire IR filter) NeoVision 5.2 camera , though we found no sign of 4K video capture this time .

In the end, while won't tag it's pros and cons as fully-premium just yet, the Z9 Mini Elite does pack a couple of tricks that tech-geeks will likely appreciate.
