ZTE Z223 Review & Pros And Cons

Barring its reasonably-low price point and M3/T3 hearing aid rating , the AT&T-carried ZTE Z223 does not pack any redeeming pros. In fact, most of its specs are cons, especially knowing that it came out early on in 2016.

First up, it sports an unsettling 0.3-megapixel aka VGA camera , whereas some older comparable models offer 1.3- or even 2-megapixel cams. It also does not come with a microSD card slot , which we would have normally considered a nifty bonus for a low-end clamshell like itself. Other features include a tiny 2-inch 176p TFT screen and a 900mAh-only battery that fails to level with the 1000mAh sweet spot for basic mobile phones.

In short, while its hearing aid compatibility sounds nice, the Z223's overall pros and cons profile nails it to the lowest tier of the basic phone department.
