The Huawei M228 is Bluetooth-equipped. Bluetooth is a wireless protocol which lets you connect your cell phone to other devices. If your computer is also Bluetooth-enabled, simply connect both devices and transfer your audio files from your computer to your Huawei M228.

Since your Huawei M228 has a sound recorder (also known as "voice memo"), a very popular technique involves just putting your phone near your computer's speakers, playing whatever music or sound you'd like as a ringtone, and recording it -- you can even use your voice, your child's voice or even your cat's "meow!"
