Description:
The LG Transpyre was probably made for budget-strapped consumers and smartphone first-timers who are looking for a basic handset for internet browsing, going online with social media, and snapping random pictures here and there. That said, this sub-$100 smartphone offers 4G LTE connectivity, a quad-core processor clocked at 1.2GHz, and a couple of neat features, namely the Knock Code and the Gesture Shutter, from the company's flagship devices. However, its low price forces a number of compromises, most notably, its low-resolution (800 x 480 pixels) display that will likely pale in comparison to today's budget smartphone alternatives.
Also known as: LG-VS810PP, Verizon Transpyre.
