Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe Review & Pros And Cons

Attempting to redefine the term deluxe smartphone, the Asus Zenfone 3 Deluxe's only non-premium-class specs are its Full HD screen resolution (Quad HD obviously makes more sense for a phone like this) and 3000mAh battery power , which we think needed to be beefed up to match its hardware setup, but at least it has the BoostMaster fast-charging technology at the ready.

This 5.7-inch Gorilla Glass 4 phablet runs on the ultra-high-end Snapdragon 820 2.15GHz 64-bit 14nm eight-core processor and is one of the first ever smartphones to reach the 6GB RAM threshold . It also apparently breaks barriers in terms of memory, lugging 256GB's worth of UFS 2.0 storage , whereas the majority of other 2016-released flagships only have 128GB on board.

Adding to its promising offering are a 23-megapixel 4K-video camera with a sapphire lens cover , a fingerprint scanner with multiple app integration support , and an LTE Cat 13 adapter promising an impressive 600Mbps maximum data rate .

Tying together its highly-ambitious feature set is the ZenUI v3.0 and a unibody design made of aerospace-grade alloy . These, along with the rest of its pros and cons, make the Zenfone 3 Deluxe one of the most-advanced models ever from Asus.
